The iconic hack-and-slash sci-fi fantasy game from PlatinumGames, NieR: Automata, is coming to Nintendo Switch on October 6.
The Switch version will launch with some new features implemented and it will include all previously DLC content and exclusive costumes.
PlatinumGames have announced the new edition during the latest Nintendo Direct Mini partner showcase. Here’s a small excerpt from the press release:
“The critically acclaimed world of NieR: Automata invades Nintendo Switch! When machine lifeforms from another world attack without warning, unleashing a new type of threat, mankind is driven from Earth and takes refuge on the Moon. As 2B, a member of the android military force YoRHa, immerse yourself in a ferocious battle to take back the planet.”
The game was very well received when it initially came out back in 2017 and it is definitely worth checking out. You can check out the trailer below:
