Dotemu have dropped a launch trailer to mark the release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge.

The new side-scrolling beat-em-up is a perfect homage to the classic Konami fighting games as well as the 1987 cartoon. The game lets you as one of the four turtles (Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Leonardo) as well as Master Splinter, Casey Jones, and even April O’Neil as well.

Each of the turtles (and their allies) has its own unique moves and skills, and they offer plenty of combos that you can master and unlock. You’ll be roaming the streets solo or in co-op mode with up to six other players. When it comes to bad guys, the Foot Clan, Bebop, Rocksteady, Krang, the Rock Troops – they’re all here. And of course, we have Shredder himself as well, so if you want to take out this bunch of bad guys, you’ll have to make your way to Dimension X itself.

The game features a full original story mode that you can play through and the soundtrack is composed by none other than Tee Lopes. One track is also composed by the Wu Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah & Raekwon, and to tell you the truth, it’s quite magnificent. You can check out the launch trailer for yourself down below.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is out now on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. You can also pick it up via Xbox Game Pass. Enjoy the trailer below!
