A Plague Tale: Requiem got its first gameplay trailer at The Game Awards

A Plague Tale: Requiem got its first gameplay footage at The Game Awards and it’s awesome as we expected.

Yet again, the plot focus on the brother-sister duo Hugo and Amicia. After escaping their rat-infested homeland in A Plague Tale: Innocence, they are now heading south to make a home in a new region.

Here’s what the blurb says: “As Robert Louis Stevenson’s poem ‘Requiem’ sets the tone, witness the first glimpses of Amicia and Hugo’s epic new adventure in a brutal, breathtaking world twisted by supernatural forces. After escaping their devastated homeland, Amicia and Hugo journey far south to new regions and vibrant cities. Discover the cost of saving those you love in a desperate struggle for survival. Based on what we can see, the sequel will bring even more dangerous perils, environments, and of course, lots and lots of rats. If you didn’t play the first game, now is a good chance to do so, to prepare yourself for the upcoming adventure.
