FMV giants Wales Interactive have announced their next FMV adventure named Who Pressed Mute on Uncle Marcus? and have scheduled its release for early 2022.


The story follows a family getting together for their annual quiz night via video chat. If being trapped on a Zoom quiz with your family isn’t bad enough already, it’s actually made even worse by the attempted murder of Uncle Marcus. It’ll be down to you to solve the murder before the killer gets the opportunity to strike again.


We’re promised an “eccentric murder mystery with a twist” brought to life by a cast that includes Andy Buckley (David Wallace from The Office). Other cast members include Black Mirror actress Susannah Doyle and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides actor Robbie Kay. We have a few returning faces from other Wales Interactive efforts too, including Georgia Small from Five Dates as well as Al Weaver from The Complex.


Who Pressed Mute on Uncle Marcus? is coming out in Q1 2022 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC, iOS, and Android.
