Oculus have announced that their upcoming Resident Evil 4 is coming to Oculus Quest 2 headsets on October 21.

The company have announced the news on the official Oculus blog. As revealed back in April, Capcom and VR developers Armature Studio are in charge of this port that will include all of the features that were present in the 2005 classic. On top of that, there will be a whole range of comfort features, including support for room-scale movement and teleportation.

All weapons and items are now converted to physical items in the world, which means that you can pick them up and interact with them. You can also pull weapons out from your belt. Resident Evil 4 VR also includes re-worked puzzles to allow you to interact with them with a set of controllers and a VR headset.

IGN also gave us a hands-on preview of the game that focuses on some of the other additions in the VR version of the game. Make sure you check out the footage for more exclusive details.
