A dodgeball arena game Knockout City’s second season has been unveiled by EA and Fight at the Movies is already live (since July 22).

The second season has been announced during a recent EA Play Live, and as the title suggests, it’s based around the cinema theme. It’s been headlined by a new map called the Holywood Drive, a map heavily inspired by different movie genres. There’s a lot of variety here. At one point, you’ll get to dodge balls on a rose-petal strewn bridge, and later on, you’ll be jumping across rooftops in gothic horror. There are also some Egyptian pyramids and even an oversized, children’s bedroom standing nearby. How crazy is that?

Another new addition is the so-called Soda Ball. Basically, if you successfully strike an opponent, it will obscure their view in sticky soda for a couple of seconds. There are also plenty of new cosmetics, Playlists, Contracts, Crew Vehicles, and a lot more.

Knockout City’s second season is now live on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and PC. You can check out the launch trailer below:
